New Deadline for Black Sea Bass Habitat Research Needs in the Mid-Atlantic

The deadline to submit proposals for black sea bass habitat research needs in the Mid-Atlantic has been extended to February 1, 2016 at midnight. The original deadline was January 15th at midnight.
